Quickly drive into this store as I was having trouble hard wiring in my Dash cam. I'd done 90% of the work, but couldn't work out which fuse to plug it in to. I don't usually use Halfords as I've had some bad experiences with other stores in the past. However I was pleasantly surprised by this stores help. The gentleman who served me explained what was wrong and was very quick to fix it. He clearly knew what he was doing. It was only a quick little fix so I was hoping to be charged some, but not all of the 30 quid it costs to do the whole job. So I was pleasantly surprised when he said I owed him nothing at the end. Good service and I will return because of this. Thanks

Very friendly staff, who gave me two curtesy calls prior to my car hire - one of which to tell me the car was to be a little late. But that was fine. Checkout was quick and hassle free. Nice new car, no complaints there. Would have given 5 stars but for two annoying issues: Firstly, I was informed only on pick up that the excess for any scratch or other damage would be £1000, regardless of how minor. And that's for each item. This is higher than I've experienced with previous companies and they should at least be up front and tell you this important info before you book, or at least before I arrived at the desk. 3rd party excess cover is so much cheaper but many policies wouldn't cover £1000- so be warned! Secondly, the fuel policy is pick up and drop off with '3 bars of fuel'. Why not pick up and return full? It's so much easier and more convenient. With so many car hire companies to choose from, it's little things like the above that earns my loyalty. Take note Enterprise. Thanks for the mostly positive experience. I'll say it again, the staff were lovely.
Very helpful staff. I would rate 5 out of 5 on basis they upgraded me on a nicer car when requested (at the same rate)

Excellent service. Good price, good location, clean vans. An easy hire would recommend and will definitely use again. Added bonus of covering under 25's (although we didn't need it in the end!)
Have used these guys twice now for hiring a van for a day to move house and they been great both times. Excellent value and very helpful and friendly staff. Seem to have a good variety of vehicles on offer as well.
