Always extra helpful and lovely people.

Brilliant. They couldn't be more helpful. From Steve, the Manager, to the Counter People I felt they really valued me as a customer. Having just dealt with other financial companies I was frazzled, irate & just fed up from their unhelpful archaic methods. Then I go into the Morden branch of TSB, 60 London Rd, and my goodness what a difference. The manager came out from his office, saw there was a short queue, introduced himself apologised for the wait and offered to assist anyone who wasn't withdrawing funds. Offered tea/coffee & hey presto! queue cleared in short order. Then when my turn came the young lady again apologised for the wait and then dealt with all my requirements cheerfully & professionally. So a big thumbs up from me. This is how customers should be welcomed.

Having now finished my orthodontic treatment I can honestly say that I am extremely happy with the final results. Thank you to Angela and Rama who did a wonderful job! Friendly and supportive team here at Dental Rooms - highly recommended.

Really pleased with the results, my teeth looked so much better than I ever thought they would and also saw results more quickly than I expected. Dental rooms were always helpful and supportive and would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their smile. Thank you.

Southfields Dental Centre

1 Augustus Rd, Southfields, London SW19 6LL, UK – 020 8788 8050

I have been to this clinic today and the service that I have received was amazing. This Dental Surgery has been refurbished to be the most luxurious surgery in London.

I've been coming to the blue house dental practice since I was about nine years old, time has flown by and I have moved and moved again. There's not many things that ill stick with in my life but I am always willing to travel back to have check-ups and seeing the hygienist. I always feel safe in the hands of Dr Gulati and her cheerful assistant Clair and the girls on reception with their warm welcome . This practice is dear to my heart and the support I have had over the years with my dental needs has been absolutely fantastic. I don't think id know what to do if I had to move further away from the practice as I'm totally happy with their friendliness and care, I feel totally at ease every time I attend my appointments. i never understand why people are afraid to go to their dentist I love to sit back relax and make my smile better for all to see

Waterfall House Dental Surgery

223 Tooting High St, London SW17 0TD, UK – 020 8767 7855

I Have been going to this practice for more than 2years now and always had amazing experience. Receptionist is so friendly and rest of the staff are so helpful. When ever I call for an appointment i get one promptly. Dr Alia Johar is so lovely and very good at what she is doing. All in all it has always been a wonderful experience at waterfall house, i would highly recommend.

I have been coming to this surgery for almost 2 years, after my previous dentist didn't help with my infection. Waterfall surgery suggested different approach and it worked great. When I came for additional routine check when I thought something is not right two months after my treatment, I wasn't charged for the visit when my teeth turned out to be okay! Appointments are easy to arrange and I never had my appointment starting later than initially booked.

He has always found time to explain things and I can safely say that he has been the best doctor I have ever had. the entire team is very helpful and friendly too, thank you to all at the practise!!

I absolutely love this GP. I have been coming here for over a year and have consistently had phenomenal care. Parkside Hospital

53 Parkside, Wimbledon, London SW19 5NX, UK – 020 8971 8000

Amazing hospital, I came here for Gender Reassignment Surgery at the end of April 2018 and had to spend a week here. The staff were really friendly and lovely, The rooms were kept clean and the food was amazing. Each room had a TV mounted on the wall and En-Suite Showers. I was kinda nervous about this operation but the staff were so lovely.

On the 27th March 2018, I had limb lengthening surgery, my surgeon Adrian Day is an amazing surgeon he made me feel calm and walked me through the process and his over all personality makes u feel at ease. Parkside is a lovely hospital and I cannot fault the nurses or doctors as they were so caring and helpful. If you need any kind of Knee, hip surgery, I would advise Adrian Day. I cannot thank him enough for how he will change my future. Thanks to all the staff at parkside. Keep up the good work! Sophie Courtney

Great

St George's Hospital

Blackshaw Rd, London SW17 0QT, UK – 020 8672 1255

I have mixed feelings about this place. Not having a long-term illness, I've only been here sporadically. I came here for pains in my legs and was given physiotherapy exercises to do at home before being discharged. Once, I was given an appointment, only to be told the appointment had been cancelled when I arrived for it. Early this year, my dad was a long-term inpatient here and some of the nurses and surgeons were great. Others attempted to bully and belittle him. One nurse refused to get him a bedpan when he was too weak to walk. But there also were a number of nurses with whom my dad built great rapport, so not all bad. If you are ever a patient here, tread very carefully.

Going to any open, public hospital is a lottery each time as your experience can vary wildly depending on a load of factors. The high throughput of patients puts both patients and staff under considerable pressure and stress, especially when everyone wants instant answers to all questions. I was in St George's for two weeks for major surgery last October. I have to say that from initial diagnosis to final discharge over a period of three months, the overall care from consultant to health care assistant on the ward was very good and I felt well looked after. Sure, there is room for further improvement (so not 5 stars) but to complain for having to wait a few hours for the result of a scan is being small-minded.

The aim of this site is to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill (20.9 million tonnes of it last year in the UK) and recycling is great news for the environment.

70-72 Broadway Market, 29 Tooting High St, London SW17 0RL, UK – 020 8767 2639

Wandering around the rather rough tooting indoor alley, you will stumble upon this gem that is completely unassuming with its small in stature space and location. Its food is a stark contrast to its environment, it is so refine in its top quality in produce and the chef's understanding of balancing flavour. I loved the food here, I still think about it even though it has been a few months since I've been there. Some dishes were better than others, the rump and cod fish were good but not outstanding, but my absolute favourite being the toast beer bread, the moxons tuna caesar and the brownie. It's a location that truly speaks for authentic foodie people who want to explore and push to discover exciting dishes. You are there for the food alone and it is so worth it!

A great taste experience! Wonderful menu design and great to know it changes weekly. Caters for gluten free without problem. Overall a lovely meal with good wine!

Chez Bruce

2 Bellevue Rd, London SW17 7EG, UK – 020 8672 0114

Love this place! We’ve been several times for a treat or special occasion. It’s lovely to have a place like this locally so we can have great quality food without having to go into town. They do a very well priced lunch menu and the wine list has some very good, very affordable options. The service is really good and you get all of the nice little add ons like petite fours and an incredible shortbread at the end of the meal. We’ve always found the food faultless. It’s mainly fairly simple but very good quality. Highly recommended.

Tucked away off the beaten track in Wandsworth and old school in every way. Diners can enjoy classic French and English style food in the cool and calm white table cloth setting served by waiters and waitresses in shirts and black ties. Great dessert menu. Good for celebrations.

Hashi Japanese Restaurant

54 Durham Rd, Wimbledon, London SW20 0TW, UK – 020 8944 1888

Food is delicious and beautifully presented. Can't fault the service as well as staff is very attentive. I give 3 stars due to the value for money factor.

Consistently fantastic, we've been coming here for years. Beautifully prepared and presented, delicious Japanese food. The agadashi black cod and the Hashi roll are among our favourites. Service is superb too. Probably the best Japanese restaurant in southwest London.

Jenniflowers Pre-school Nursery

225 Wimbledon Park Rd, London SW18 5RH, UK – 020 8871 4632

Our son attended Jenniflowers for 7 months this year and I can only recommend this setting. He joined shortly after the ownership & management changed and we have seen a huge amount of positive changes in this nursery. The staff are dedicated and kind and form real bonds with the children in their care. A few month ago, a chef was hired and the children now benefit from hot meals which nutritious, healthy and fresh. No chicken nuggets here! The management is flexible and worked with us on finding the right length of session for our child (morning + lunch). They also happily and seamlessly extended his hours when I had to attend a course. The whole team was very caring when one of our loved ones was taken seriously ill and still enquire as to their health when I see the team. This illustrates their genuine interest in the children's lives. The headteacher for the young toddlers room was also very supportive when discipline issues like hitting and pushing cropped up and suggested gentle methods to try at home. Naps also happen in a gentle manner and those children who need to be patted to sleep are. The staff from the older toddlers room are also happily involved with the younger children and know the children by name. The equipment upgrade since Spring 2017 has been amazing and lets the children learn & play better and it is also better for the staff. The gardens are not messy and let children discover their environment in a safe & fun manner. In November, the time came for our son to join the older toddler's room and he has now moved on to their sister setting Wimbledon Hill Preschool (SMART schooling) because it is closer to our home and he is equally happy there and still gets the lovely hot meals from the amazing chef.

In relation to the review by "Estelle Jasper" elsewhere on here, this is a bogus review which seems to have been made by someone with an axe to grind (as evidenced by the fact that they have no other reviews of anything to their name). They have made up a google account using names associated with my family and posted a review of the nursery that is wholly discordant with our actual view. Our son attended Jenniflowers until relatively recently and has moved over to the sister nursery at Wimbledon Hill Preschool. We were very happy with Jenniflowers and are equally so with WHP. Our son had a great time at Jenniflowers and they made what could have been a traumatic first experience of being away from his parents for a period of time as painless as possible. The staff were lovely and caring and we were sad to move him over in some ways, but he's settled in superbly to WHP which he also loves.

COLLIERS WOOD RECREATION GROUND, London SW19 2DU, UK – 0333 355 0303

Really helpful input for 13+ and choosing Senior School. Best school uniform in the area! An excellent school with a deservedly good reputation for the emphasis on a well-rounded education for all pupils rather than simply cramming them for entry to Kings College school and similar places. Somewhat puzzled by the other comment that whose author lacks confidence in the Head Teacher as Mrs Buck has TWICE achieved the highest accolade, an "Outstanding" rating by the Independent Schools Inspectorate" (ISI), which is no mean feat indeed. For those interested in the details, WCPS was inspected in 2012 and in 2017 and both ISI reports are available on the school website in the 'Information' section.

Good prep school to Kings, though I lack my confidence in the Headmistress.
